Survivor

 A couple of days ago today's forecast carried a severe weather warning. I wonder who got the storm, there was no sign of it here. It was warm, still and sunny.

We went up into the hills close to the border. I'm facing south, those hills are in England. Behind me is Cessford, the ruin of a Tower House.(Extra).

It has a violent history, like most of the ancient piles around here. Now it's surrounded by sheep and cattle, but there's still quite a lot of it standing.
