Still cold

Can't remember the last time this was on. Think they might have just put it in my room for decorative purposes or to tease me. We have all been sitting in our kitchen with the ovens on to try and heat ourselves up. Not sure that it is the best use of electricity but it was either that or freezing. Complaint has gone to the maintenance people.
