Meditation for Dummies
One of my New Year Resolutions was to develop a more positive outlook on life. It has been harder than I thought so today I went to my first ever Buddhist meditation session to try and find some "inner peace". I was a little worried it was going to be a load of twaddle but I really enjoyed myself - mainly because the monk was down to earth and even quite funny. I don't know if I will go back again but it's reminded me that it's important to have some quiet time now and then.
