The return of the digger

Yes indeed, those veggie beds needed a bit of attention so I thought I’d whistle surfer Doug up to get some advice. As it turns out, he’s very much waiting for the go ahead on some big projects he’s been planning, so his advice was for me to employ him. And make him coffee and give him chocolate biscuits of course, just as before.
Out later to see The Lighthouse up at the Cameo. What a cracker of a film - but not at all what I was expecting, with much supernaturalism. Still, for those that like something a bit more grounded it’s a salutary tale - don’t get bevvied when you’ve a lighthouse to look after and the wind swings round to the North.
