Pearl Oyster

Well, that was fun - and I almost got to the very top of the popular page. Sooo close - just one short, but the top effort wasn’t for dislodging. A sunset, of course.
So back to the underworld, like my mushrooms which are beginning to fruit. Though actually, that means they’re now out in the light.
So, what else... watched Beanpole which was a soporific little number and then the BAFTAs where 1917 swept the boards. Much hoo-haa about lack of diversity amongst the films and top awards - all a bit white. The Beeb made amends with its camerawork - one minute they’d zoom in on some celeb, then they’d whip back again and take in one of the four black people they’d got sitting down the front. Good effort, but no coconut I’d say.
