Suspended in Time

This weekend has felt a bit like that - it always does when there is snow. I don't know why.

I helped a friend to take some difficult but positive action today. It really is a 'kill or cure' situation and I am very much hoping it will be a 'cure' or at the very least a 'make you stronger' outcome. One day at a time though.

Three beautiful things:
The 'crunch' of the frozen snow.
Treating myself to a beautiful bunch of purple hyacinths and yellow tulips.
An afternoon snooze.
