Stepping up........

Back home after our couple of days away.......last nights cocktails, meal, wine and. nightcap, all very nice, but felt so stuffed afterwards!

What I want to know is why are hotels always so blooming hot?! Turned off both radiators, still woke up at 3.30 too hot....sure the quilt was a 50tog lol, had to get up and open the windows!

After a breakfast that I really didnt need, we checked out and all had a walk along the promenade, saying to good morning to Eric here, as we passed by.

The weather today hasn't been a patch on yesterday, grey, mizzly, misty and cold.....the only colour in this image was the green bush, so its become a mono!!

We said our farewells and headed south, stopping off at Barton Grange for a coffee and a little look around.

Clocked up a fair few sfeps today, both walking and at class this evening.....had a small gain this week, not too surprising really lol!

Need something to focus my mind to shift this last half stone......after tomorrows lunch out that is ;-)

Ive added another shot in extras, its not a mono honestly :-/
