Alien Egg

I (Chris) was in Oxford today attending a Leadership in Running Fitness course run by England Athletics. I need to get this qualification to lead runs with the running club (and be insured) but just as important was gaining a bit more insight into the role of a leader leading a running group. It was a fun session with like minded students. Thankfully we were able to do the practical sessions indoors as the snow was falling outside. The drive home was quite tretcherous.

Annie has been the model citizen today having twice joined collections of our neighbours clearing our road of the continuing snow falls and hopefully meaning we can all drive off the estate in the morning.

Tonight's blip is something we have been preparing for a couple of days. It's a bit of icy fun for a snowy day (or an alien egg if you prefer).
