Wonky

Mr A and I walked down into town today…first stop The Star Inn for lunch.  Being a Friday lunchtime, it was actually quite busy, but we managed to get a table for two in the downstairs snug.  As you can see from the picture, the floors are pretty wonky in the snug!  Then we toddled to WH Smith (two motorcycle magazines for Mr A), up to the library (one book returned, four more taken out by me, two by Mr A & two second-hand ones bought) before settling into Caffé Nero for coffee and cake, where I was glad to find a vegan & gluten free cake bar for Mr A (he’s not vegan, but he cannot tolerate dairy products).  Last stop of the day was in TK Maxx, where I managed to pick up three tops and Mr A got some trousers.  Didn’t we have a lovely time?
