Unusual Hellebore

Another plant I did not recognise in our garden! It turns out it is a very unusual hellebore, with variations on the name above like 'dungwort' and 'bear's foot'.
It is a species of the buttercup family native to the mountainous regions of Central and Southern Europe. It's Latin name is hellebores foetidus.
