Muffin

Hubby ended up in work today, with a vast 10 hrs notice for a 6am start that didn't put him in the best mood on a Saturday evening.

So another day I wasn't able to run, due to snow and childcare. I did order some Yak trax yesterday so I'll be prepared for bad weather in the future.

We were planning to go to a friends sons birthday party in Oxford, but the weather just didn't lend itself to a 3 hr round trip with kids - the boys were disappointed, but a new date has been arranged which cheered them up.

So a day in front if the wood burner with the first lord of the Rings on bluray, a Chinese and home made muffins instead.

I also finally cracked out the laminator to do the boys new jobs, activities and homework charts (I do love a bit if laminating) planning seems to have stopped tea arguments so hopefully will solve the jobs/homework argument too.
