Snow day

After Friday's tortuous journey home I wasn't risking the same today so a self imposed snow day for me.

The kids were all packed off to school but were home 5 minutes later as they could have either stayed until lunch or come home - hubby pitched for the later.

So a day with kids in out in out, ours and others - hopefully school back on tomorrow.

Tiddler had another of his random Monday illnesses - pale, tired, headache, tummy, small puke - all made better by a couple of hours sleep and he was up demanding his tea! But no beavers for him today.

Day 21 of the dryathlon - almost broken to celebrate a friend being let out of hospital tomorrow and another friend having a clear CT scan, but holding strong (the eating on the other hand ....)

Still no running for 5 days, although it seems so much longer - perhaps a sign that it's starting to become part of my life - scarey
