The Big Wet Continues

Helen organised a beach BBQ for Omar’s birthday today.
With rain continuing to bucket down we all went to a pub instead. It was nice to meet some of his friends who will be coming to the wedding.

On the way home we did a bit of exploring.
The main pic was taken near Fig Tree Bridge.
The extra, which was actually a drain coming from St Ignatious College’s (Riverview) cricket ground, satisfied my urge for some watery LEs not seen for awhile.
I didn’t have any LE gear with me but it was fun improvising with the light low enough to not need an ND filter, the touch screen worked well as a remote and Mr isbi kindly positioned the car so the bonnet served as a tripod.
