Met this rather lovely character on our walk at Dartington this morning.
For some reason he/she was in an adjacent field to the rest of the herd but didn't seem particularly worried. Obviously not lost his appetite :-)
Covered 2.5 mile stretch of the river bank in the vain hope of seeing a kingfisher. Not too disappointed because the banks were a picture with the wild daffodils and snowdrops.
It won't be difficult for me to convince JD that it's a great area for a walk because we have found a new cafe/bakery that makes the most delicious sourdough and yummy breakfasts.
