Enjoying the sun

I have spent most of the day at the computer but escaped for a short while with a visit to town and the beach.  There were a lot of people out walking on the beach, strolling along the pavement or climbing up the distant hill.  We were watching the wind surfer who was making full use of the winds that are beginning to pick up.  I imagine most people are taking full advantage of todays lull before Storm Ciara hits late tonight.  Hopefully it won't be too disruptive although the winds are forecast as severe.
