Headed south to Harrogate today as Mr Rat is taking a funeral tomorrow for one of our running friends who died very unexpectedly last month, aged only 51.
Freezing fog first thing but by the time we were past Edinburgh it was beautiful and remained so until Scotch Corner.
On arrival (and a cuppa) went to the community lounge where it was to be held to get things ready with family and some friends and then to the house of friends of the family who provided a meal for people who'd had to travel.
