On the Rocks

Busy day today (but lovely) - entertaining Miss 5. This morning I did some preparation writing work with her as she is starting school on the 31st January. We then went for a drive and ended up buying fish and chips for lunch which she wanted to take up to the shelters overlooking Main Beach. I had my good camera with me and took quite a few shots from there. This afternoon we took her to a friends pool and tried to give her some swimming lessons but all she wanted to do was play!!! Then we went down to Main Beach later this afternoon for a walk and a play in the rock pools etc. It was so lovely and cool and relaxing we ended up staying longer than we anticipated. I didn't take my camera to Main as I always find the responsibility at the beach of a five year old and a good camera too much to concentrate on!! Anyway this one was snapped with A's little $100 job and it was my favourite of the whole day - taken at the northern end of Main Beach on the rocks. I'm recuperating now - dinner is in the oven and I'm having a quiet white loooking forward to hopefully getting to watch the tennis tonight.
