Ice house and dock complete - almost

Today I got the ice house and add-on ice plant installed on the N scale layout.  Added weeds, bushes, ground cover, and dirt as well.  The "almost" is because I can't print the sign for "Klondike Ice" until the ink jet ink order arrives.  Seems the first one got lost in the machine of Amazon someplace.  When I get it printed and on I will re-blip it.

The extra is a shot showing the length of the dock, ready to lower the little platforms and load those reefers with ice blocks.

A friend 3D printed the ice blocks for me which are perfect - even scale size.

The kit was an oldie from Bar Mills.  Not the easiest but came out OK.  Pretty good directions.  I like the scratch built ice plant being different as it was added when Klindike Ice ran low in the summer.  Have to admit that building the little lights on the dock was not easy - but they are there.  

Could not find people that would be right for the dock so painted up a bunch from the unpainted sets from Preiser.  Added a few brass rod sticks and they are good enough to push ice.  If you get REALY close there is a strong European look to them so don't.
