Hibernation

With storm Ciara due to arrive today I'd planned a day at home. My parent's obsession with 'The Stranger', even led me to reinstate my Netflix account. I don't often (read never) do entire days without leaving the house, such is my need to be outside, so today felt like pure indulgence. There's nothing like being cosy indoors while the wind and the rain rage outside.

The only failure in my storm planning was that I had zero junk food in the house (it has to be the case, as I have no self control). So no crisps, no chocolate, no biscuits. I had to make do with a big bowl of popcorn, freshly popped in lashings of butter and icing sugar.
