Storm Ciara causes havoc

Started Sunday catching water pouring in through the utility room roof, (the only bit of roof we didn’t have replaced). Ended up having to climb out in gale force winds and sort out a few loose slates. It also started coming in through cellar window! Had to cancel Nate’s birthday party as was too dangerous to drive. Once it subsided a bit, Zach and I took Hector around Rodley to see the extent of the damage. Football pitch completely underwater as river had burst its banks.
