Fun in London

My sister and I finally got to the Fuji exhibition/practical photography camera school day out in London after a delay due to storm Ciara - the train was an hour late because of electric problems nr Newbury meant we had to detour round Bristol.  
I enjoyed a couple of workshops with some of those who'd made it in - firstly a portrait session using a brand new camera Fuji were promoting and then, using our own cameras, the fun with strawberry drops/splashes! A lot of fun was had!  The weather was a tad drippy and cold so we declined to go on the photo walkabout, but took ourselves off to Covent Garden on our own, enjoying a mooch before enjoying a hot tea and bacon butties.  Finally back to the hotel - my sister using the underground for the first time and finding it 'interesting" - where we waited for my son to finish work and join. us for sundowners.  We headed off for a delicious Malay meal before hitting the beds!  Another great day out!
