Not a falcon, but a sparrowhawk!

It was the first time, that I spotted this bird in our garden. And he spotted me immediately, even when I stayed inside behind the window.
I'm not sure, what species it is. It was living in a big spruce in our neighbours garden, but the tree was unfortunately cut down this weekend.
I always thought, there would be a family of falcons, but now I'm not sure anymore. But it was surely a beauty :-)
