High tide again today, 6.0 metres, same again tomorrow and then it starts to get lower.  Today's blip shows what happens when you try to drive through it when its over the road.  There was lots of shouting going on between this couple who had driven through two lots of water before the car broke down.  As I waded past it in my wellies I noticed the driver's side window was down and there was water inside :(  The water was receding by then so if they'd just waited they would have been fine as it soon goes down.  Another in extras of Misty standing in coast road into Carlisle.  It was absolutely freezing in the wind and my hands were like ice so couldn't stay out too long.  There is a road there somewhere.  You might even see a rainbow.

The young girl tried to drive through the flood, got stuck and rang her boyfriend for help.  He got as far as Easton and waded barefoot through the water.  A kind lady gave him a lift to Glasson Point.
