A 3-spot of Fish Catchers

I dropped my sweetheart off at the airport. She is going back to work for a month. On the way back, I made a late decision to visit Fort De Soto Park.

There were many ospreys around, and it was REAL hard not to post an osprey mating picture that I got. But, the people and birds catching fish won me over.

The little redheaded boy was catching small fish and feeding them to a pair of blue herons. Both the bird and the boy were cute.

I was just about to leave when the woman pulled up the sheepshead. It was a big fish, maybe 15-16 inches long. She was real proud of herself, and I sent her about 10 pictures.

The osprey also caught a sheepshead, and was thoroughly enjoying it.
