Poodle or Psychic?

The phone rang (actually, it plays Hedwig’s theme from Harry Potter) and mum answered. I usually don’t care much, but today I did. As soon as I realised who it was, I ran to the kitchen and jumped up to look out the window for my very good friend B. I do this every time mum tells me she is coming to visit. Mum was astonished, because how could I know? The phone was not on speaker.
