Wild Patch

Our wild (or rather cultivated) weeds are coming along slowly but surely...

My 4am start was very chilly today, I had to scrape the car! Fortunately though when we arrived at the pool it wasn’t icy enough to prevent me from running! One of the dads joined me and we managed 7.5 miles whilst the kids swam.

Another busy day at work and by this evening I was very tired! I have an important meeting tomorrow to review my role at work and how I am going to take mindfulness forwards this year. I’m looking forward to it but nervous at the same time!!
