Love locks?

.... or just taking extra security precautions?

I passed these two locks and it reminded me of the tradition where lovestruck couples attach 'love locks' to bridges, declare their eternal love for each other, and then throw the keys into the water below.

I don't think the tradition is centred around valentine's day, but it is a tradition that does cause problems.
