Blustery

It wasn’t raining so I decided to pop over to Elford Hall Gardens to see how things were coming along. 

Daffodils were already out in the sunnier and sheltered spots and the snowdrops were a delight.

It was blustery from time to time and I had to move from the riverbank to the shelter when my friend phoned me as all she could hear was the wind. 

I loved this scarecrow - she’s dressed so much more stylishly than those you find with the National Trust.
