Frost!

Working at home I had a busy start to the day.  I nipped off to go and check the shed at the allotment and am pleased to see that it held up fine to the wind last weekend, hopefully it will be okay with the storm due this weekend.  It was very cold so lots of the little plants were covered in frost.
 
I then went to Waitrose for their valentine’s meal deal and back home before 9am to start work.  A busy day but I got everything done, with the team being smaller is it easier to get into documents and get stuff done. 
 
Holly has still not seemed herself and is not that interested in eating so we made a snap decision to take her to the vets.  The vet said she had a high temperature and he suspects an infection somewhere but could not see anything specific.  Two injections and quite a bit of money later we headed back home.  Later that evening she was already feeling better and asked for some tea, which is the first time this week.  Hopefully she is on the mend and we will not need to go back.
