Spring

Spring flowers to cheer up the kitchen.  A lovely gift from Andy.  Their scent is filling the room.  Its been a day of dog walking in the mud, wind and rain - twice.  I managed to pop to the allotment this morning to take down the remaining spare paving slabs from the back garden.  I was able to weight some more things down in the hope of preventing anything blowing away in Storm Dennis.  After lunch I went out and washed the cars in the rain.  It worked quite well as the rain helped to wash off the suds.  The wind has really picked up these past few hours and the rain is coming down quite hard so we are planning a curry for dinner and then to watch a film on the tv.  Hoping you have had a good day.
