Bruce takes over nursing role.

Another germ filled day. Hoping L is showing signs of improvement; fingers crossed everyone please! Bruce has stepped in to take over some of the caring duties and has proved to be particularly good at raising spirits though a bit inept at measuring cough mixture! Poor S is still super miserable but remarkably uncomplaining; he did manage a wee bit of marble loaf after dinner though so maybe we've turned a corner. I do hope so.
Been bitterly cold today. Flurries of snow in the biting wind meant I chickened out of the dog walk after about 20 minutes but Mr Cakes battled on to give them a decent walk.
Hoping for a more upbeat write up tomorrow!
