Beat the rain this morning for our dog walk which was nice :-) It's turned into a really wet and dismal day now and it looks like it's in for the night too.
I'm actually quite proud of myself today.....I've managed to input this years calendar on the cottage website for current availability. No swearing involved and it appears to be visible to the world and looks correct! Caught up with some boring admin stuff in connection with the cottage as well; great what one little success will spur you on to!

Ive also just changed insurance provider for Caley's pet insurance. As a lot of you know we lost our Bruce in the summer to a brain tumour and although it all happened very quickly his vet bills for this time were substantial. We were very lucky to have Direct Line cover for him and they were excellent. Everyone we spoke to was efficient but also sympathetic to the situation and there were no quibbles about treatments or medication. It also highlighted to us the level of cover you really need. Saying this of course we hope to never claim on Caley's policy and if we never have to visit the vet again for anything we'd be very happy!
