The River Kent

It was low tide when we walked through Kendal this morning looking for evidence of flooding following the flood alerts yesterday. HIgh tide had been about 4 in the morning and I just could not drag myself out of bed that early for a Blip. Anyway, it looks to me as if Kendal got off lightly. There was more flooding in the fields around us.
