A ray of sunshine.....

I was treated to Sunday lunch by some of our friends at their home.
They have also provided me with lifts to and from the hospital each day.
Along with another invitee who has been helping me by doing the shopping when I’ve needed some.
During the lunch a ray of sunshine filtered in through the window. A small sign that the storm which has been blowing and howling for 24 hours, was beginning to abate a little.
The pavlova for afters was a work of art! I could say a “Spécialité de la Maison”. (Photo in extras)
What a treat!
I was then ferried to the hospital once more by the other guest, and found Stephen looking and sounding so much more like himself.
A possibility he may be home tomorrow.
