Snow-capped Lichen

LARGER LICHEN

I took a walk on the front grounds of County Hall today - the snow in places is about 8" deep (I measured on my boots where it had come up to). Needless to say there are few 'shrooms to be seen apart from the usual brackets on the felled tree trunks above the snow level. But on a large bush I spotted some branches with this lichen on, capped with snow, and thought it would make a nice blip.
