An excuse to blip?

It’s 16 days since my knee replacement operation and everything is going really well with the healing process. But the plans I had to become a great artist or writer or poet have all gone by the board. The cycle of exercises, medicine, icing, eating, drinking, daily paper....and sleeping , washing, dressing etc .... have taken up all of the time I thought I would have.

I suppose I should mention the picture. It was taken in one of my now regular walks. This one to Coffee 1 near to Bristol Zoo and featuring interesting events ( to me that is) painted on its walls and this one featuring escaped 36 Rhesus Monkeys one of which took 3 weeks to be recaptured.
