Hatchimals

It's the latest craze and possibly a spin off from the space programme. These little figures come inside plastic eggs which, as you warm them up, crack and hatch. It's quite ingenious. You are presented with a tiny plastic animal which you can then place, along with various other plastic figures, in your plastic Snow White/Frozen castle. 

It's a wondrous thing but Oh! all that plastic. Anyway, Florence has had a lovely few days stay with us and I have found myself opening my wallet to buy her various bits of plastic tut, including the green car you see hooked to the first floor. It's advertised on a new cITV channel apparently and costs a mere £4quid - it's tiny and Poundland would have something similar for a quarter the price.

Never mind, she's worth spoiling.
