For those of a certain age in the UK you will remember this tune from a children's TV show in the 1960s.  The show was not great, the song was the best bit of it really.  It's just one of those songs that, for some reason, I've always remembered - but can't remember anything about the programme.

A very very blowy day today.  It started off very grey and we had some rain early on.  Then the sun came out and it was so lovely to see it again, it still remained extremely windy though!!!!  Talk about cobwebs being blown away - I'm glad I don't wear a wig!!!!

Went over to Morecambe, picked Mum up and took her to The Bay View Garden Centre, for coffee, then a bit of shopping then lunch.  We then drove along Morecambe prom where I  had to stop and take several photos of the white horses on the sea.  This boat particularly caught my eye as it wouldn't take much for the water to get into the boat!!!

Mum bought some primula for her flower box, so she was very happy.  It was great to see her as we hadn't been over for more than 3 weeks due t the storms.
