Snow and sea

A lot of rain came down last night, for which I’m sure, every just still living plant was grateful for. It also coated the mountain tops in snow just to make the view even more beautiful.
With that little bit of rain, followed by the most perfect sunny day the world took on a vibrancy that not even sunglasses could diminish much.
Another day of training which feels like it’s doing some good and if I had some scales I reckon my pack would nearly be at my target weight, perhaps it is just wishful thinking though, time will tell.
Forest fruit yoghurt was today’s flavour of ice cream, he changed some of the flavours which made it a difficult decision as there was also just a plain coconut option, tomorrow...
