Busy Day Sunset

We've had Ivy all day, and with the weather being what is is we've been wandering around indoors, first at Southmead hospital for Janet's clinic, then Ikea because well, just because. And the cheap dinner of course.

Ivy's mum is unwell, and we've still got Ivy this evening. That was cause for a bit of a meltdown when she realised mum wasn't coming, which ramped up quite nicely when Janet had to go out to her gardening club meeting.

But hey, still got those parenting skillz, which translate to grand-dading skillz quite well. Bath time, story time, bedtime and whisky (not for her! for me!). But all I had for the day was this sunset over the back garden.

In other news, BMW made a derisory trade-in offer for Morrigan, which made my mind up (I was pretty much sure anyway). She gets a stay of execution for another year at least, and a holiday in BMW-land later in the year...
