Ducky

I woke up at 5.30 this morning, so I went for some snuggles in mummy and daddy's bed before we got up to get ready for school and hartbeeps.
Me and mummy jumped in the shower after breakfast and daddy took Thomas to school.
Daddy took his car for its mot and me and mummy went to hartbeeps. Millie and her mummy Michelle were there - Michelle has switched her day at work so they can do hartbeeps again. It was lovely to see them!
Today we went to a duck pond, sang lots of songs and did some dancing with a flamingo. Mummy also dressed me up as a duck. I wasn't very impressed!
We stayed for a drink with ollie and millie afterwards, then came home for a snooze.
Mummy and daddy have been trying to get me to walk by myself all afternoon, but although I've stood still for a very long time, I refused point blank to move my feet unless I was holding onto something.
This evening I had to have another shower because I had rubbed banana in my hair after tea, so mummy put me in with Thomas. He thought it was very funny!

This time last year mummy and daddy were making sure everything was packed and ready for hospital and saying goodnight to Thomas, who had no idea that he'd wake up to find grandma waiting to take him to school..

I turn 1 tomorrow!!!!!
