Terminus

It's tough sometimes to get the timing right at the end of the day in order to catch just the last touch of light that brings a scene to life. Despite the sunshine, it's still cold and standing around waiting is not much fun. Being an opportunist, I take what I find when I go and make the most of it.

Of course I like the reeds in the sunlight and the ripples in the snow, but I think the way the soft light disappears into the trees behind gives the scene depth and dimension and makes the image more engaging for me.
