Sign of the Times

Managed to get out for a few minutes to collect my prescription from the chemist as Rebecca had come round to sit with her dad and we needed to talk to the district nurse together.
Took three photographs while I was out as it was good to have the camera.
One is my Blip, not much to say about it except it’s a really tiny pub.

Met a few friends and neighbours while l was out, all concerned how we are getting on ,everyone so supportive, kept me talking so long l nearly missed the nurse.

Was glad l hadn’t as we’ve managed to sort out a few issues that should make things easier. 
Three carers came at the end of the meeting and we all had a chat.
Then l got about eight phone calls about night sitters, new services, hoist training and unneeded equipment being collected.
Finally managed some lunch nearly two hours late : carrot and fresh coriander soup laced with double cream to get the calories in.
