Lilies in the snow

The spent lilies had been put out onto the balcony and I thought how pretty they looked under a layer of falling snow this morning. The wind was making the snow come sideways and covering a lot of the balcony.

The weather forecast was correct!

Another snug and calm day at home. My face is a little lop-sided this morning with swelling on one side. I have some great cold gel compresses which I always keep in the fridge!
