Big Sky (From Durlston Head)

This is the view from Durlston Head, looking towards Swanage and Old Harry Rocks beyond. Beautiful, isn't it?

I am so fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of the world and two friends to go out and enjoy it with most Wednesdays! And today was especially glorious with blue skies and big puffy clouds and nothing like as windy as we had expected. 

We walked from the beachfront in Swanage to Peveril Point to watch the waves and then on to Durlston Head castle where we ate lunch (or, rather, a cream tea/coffee! :)) before walking back again. Something like 5 miles in total, so we were feeling exercised, energised and exhilarated!
