Homeward bound

I was out and about today investigating mesh systems to improve the WiFi at home. We have many dead spots and various Powerline plugs have failed to make a difference.

Decision made and when it arrives in a few days time I hope it makes a difference.

Called in to the “aunt’s” bungalow to check on things. From upstairs there is a great view over the Forth and today you could watch the planes coming in to land. I just missed one but a few minutes later this one flew in. Only afterwards looking more closely at it I realised it was an Emirates flight from Dubai.

Around the same time tomorrow we hope a similar flight will be carrying our son back from his friend’s wedding in the Punjab. He has been in Delhi the past few days but the riots were in a different part of the city. Some movement has been restricted but most of the time business as usual.
