Sunshine

Delightful walk down to the beach at lunchtime today.   Bitterly cold wind but bright sunshine.  Highlight was the fulmars which have returned to the cliffs, seemingly overnight.  Wonderful to watch them soaring around me at the gegan just for the hell of it.

Another trip to the Infirmary this afternoon.   A slight decline in function and back in four weeks time.
