J and Grandpa

We have had J with us all day. He has been a wee star and amused us with all his chat. Unfortunately his wee sister is in hospital . A had a puffy eye which was not getting better and after an appointment with the doctor this morning Fifi had to take her straight to the hospital. The wee soul is being treated for lunch suspected per orbital cellulitis . Extra pic.

Fingers crossed wee A improves rapidly with the intravenous antibiotics and gets home soon.

Further to my rant about the carnage down the wood, the estate manager phoned back today. He was appalled at the photos I sent him of the hacked trees, shrubs etc. He apologised and said he would be speaking to the contractor responsible. I suggested no payment be made to the culprit.
