It's been one of those days- rains, wind, sleet, snow. So, another day in the house apart from a visit to my physio.

Yes, I am having to pay for private physio. The chance of getting anything on the NHS is  minimal and there would be a wait of several weeks which is useless if you are trying to build up strength after two orthopaedic operations.
