Ooo er, sounds fancy, doesn't it, but really it's just half a stuffed pepper. Tastes a lot like a lasagne, but without the pasta, the stodginess and the calories.

Tonight it formed course three of our appetiser dinner, following in the footsteps of bada bing shrimp and mussels.
